DComWorks has been built by leveraging the company's experience with 3-tier architecture systems. DComWorks generates the boilerplate code for Visual Basic business logic components. DComWorks maintains its own database and can manage multiple components/Visual Basic projects at the same time. This is a productivity tool used within the company. DComWorks integrates with Doc'Mentor.

Doc'Mentor is used for generating HTML documentation for COM components. Doc'Mentor integrates with the DComWorks database but also can be used for reading from standard COM & COM+ DLLs (Type Libraries).
